These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of this website. The website is operated under the Lunar Mare brand by Qingyuan Lunar Mare Group Limited (青元海月集團有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability (the Hong Kong Operator, we, us or our).

上海青元海月科技贸易有限公司 is our mainland China entity. It does not become a party to an enquiry or engagement merely because it is identified on this website. The relevant contracting entity will be stated in the applicable proposal or written agreement.

Access from mainland China does not by itself change the website’s Hong Kong hosting or operator. However, mandatory mainland China laws that apply to the relevant activity remain applicable and take precedence to the extent they cannot lawfully be varied by these terms.
